We created the Dee’s Dimes training team for one reason: to help you build a well-proportioned, toned physique without living in the gym, while giving you access to our coaching and a supportive community of women working toward the same goals.

Dee’s Dimes follows the core principles we have relied on for over 20 years, refined through coaching thousands of people to produce real, sustainable results.

Everything is delivered inside a coached team environment so you train with clarity, direction, and support, alongside women who are on the same journey as you.

The Dee’s Dimes team trains on a four-day workout routine designed to build a well-proportioned, toned physique while still fitting into real life.

This is for women with anywhere from 0–3+ years of experience who want structure and confidence in their training. You will know exactly what to do, how to do it, and how to progress over time. Each week, we write and update programming so you are never running a recycled plan or following a static PDF.

This is not a standalone program or PDF. Dee’s Dimes is a coached training team led directly by us.
