January Community Engagement Challenge
During the month of January, we are rewarding active participation inside the Pfau Fitness App community.

From January 1 through January 31, the top five contributors in the in app community will receive a 100 dollar Transparent Labs gift card.
How participation is scored
Activity is tracked inside the app community during the challenge period.
Each original post earns two points.
Each comment on another member’s post earns one point.
An original post that includes one original, relevant photo earns an additional two bonus points.
Photo bonuses are limited to one per member per day.
Only original photos related to training, progress, or community discussion qualify. Reposted, duplicate, or unrelated images do not count.
Winner determination
At the conclusion of the challenge period, contributors are ranked by total points.
The five members with the highest combined point totals will be selected.
In the event of a tie, priority will be given to the member with the higher number of original posts.
Eligibility and guidelines
Participants must be active paying members during the month of January.
Points are awarded for genuine, constructive participation only.
Low effort, repetitive, misleading, or spam activity will not be counted and may result in disqualification at our discretion.
This is a skill based engagement challenge. Winners are determined by measurable participation, not chance.
Rewards will be issued after January 31 once activity totals have been reviewed and finalized.

When I started working out in 2005, I was a shy and insecure 15 year old who was too embarrassed to take his shirt off. I was desperate to improve my physique but unfortunately, I lacked the knowledge and resources to do so. I read so many contradictory articles and was told so many drastically different training and dieting approaches that I did not know who or what to believe. It left me frustrated and confused. I wanted to quit several times.
This is probably how a lot of you feel right now. Unfortunately for me, it took me several years to sort through the misinformation and experiment with different methods to figure out the truth. I made all of the mistakes so you don’t have to. My goal is to help you bypass the beginning stages that I went through where you feel completely lost and confused and don’t know what to believe. I want to save you from the frustration that I experienced myself so that you can be on your way to making progress a lot sooner.
